Career opportunities

We are passionate about partnering with people who are as dedicated as we are and who share our commitment to improving the recognition and support of all carers in NSW.

Since 1976, we have connected with and empowered carers every day, improving their quality of life through activities, programs, training and policy advice. A career with us is challenging and meaningful.

With a head office in Sydney and regional offices in Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Central Coast, Tamworth, Gunnedah, Shoalhaven and Ballina, we are able to connect with carers across the state.

At Carers NSW, the diversity of our staff is important and adds value to the work that we do. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where differences are embraced and contributions are valued. We will consider all applications that meet the selection criteria and warmly encourage people at all stages, backgrounds and experiences in life to apply for roles with us, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people with lived experience as a carer.
