Prioritising diversity and inclusion and placing it at the heart of everything we do is integral to our organisation. It is essential to the success of Carers NSW in achieving our vision for an Australia that values and supports all carers in all their diversity.

We understand and promote the importance of diversity in our workforce so we can reach and support all carers in NSW.

Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive place to work provides the foundation for our staff to successfully contribute to meeting the Carers NSW objectives.

Carers NSW has a Diversity and Inclusion Plan 2023 – 2024 that demonstrates our commitment to, and drives initiatives towards making our workplace inclusive to enable our people to thrive and achieve their professional goals.
