‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ introduces carers to five simple and effective ways to improve their psychological and emotional health.

5 WAYS TO WELLBEING FOR CARERS

5 Ways to Wellbeing helps carers to build their practical skills, knowledge and confidence in looking after their own wellbeing. The weekly nature of the course adds an element of social network building and allows carers to connect with others across the state on a weekly basis.

Twice a month, we will explore different aspects of your life where small changes can make a significant impact on your overall wellbeing. Engaging in discussions with other carers you will uncover practical strategies that can enhance your happiness, resilience, and overall quality of life.

  • Connection; Wednesday 21 February
  • Be Active; Wednesday 6 March
  • Keep Learning; Wednesday 20 March
  • Being Aware; Wednesday 3 April
  • Helping Others; Wednesday 17 April
  • Blue Zones; Wednesday 1 May
