Carers NSW is a member of Carers Australia and works collaboratively with the Carer Associations in each state and territory. Carers Australia is the peak body for carers at a national level, and works with its members to successfully advocate on behalf of carers on national issues.

There is a Carer Association in each state and territory. They provide services to and represents carers in their respective states, focusing on state and territory issues as well as working together on national issues.

The national Network of Carer Associations shares the vision of an Australia that values and supports carers.
