NDIS Support Coordination

Carers NSW is a registered NDIS provider of Support Coordination.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aims to provide more choice and control to people with disability, their families and carers. However getting started with an NDIS plan can be daunting and overwhelming at first. Through Support Coordination services, Carers NSW staff can work with you to ensure the person you care for gets the most from their NDIS plan.

As a registered NDIS provider of Support Coordination, Carers NSW can assist you if the person you are caring for is eligible or has received an approved NDIS plan with a budget for Support Coordination.
